Both design and healthcare are grounded in the practice of care at large.
Empathy is an important quality both designers and clinicians must possess. This research explores how the two can collaborate with patients to ensure services fit their needs.
It also questions whether immigrant patients are treated differently to locals and how the doctor-patient relationship shapes the patient experience.
Moving from left to right, this research map ties together themes like co-design in healthcare with barriers preventing immigrants from receiving patient-centred care.
